She harbors doubts of them and is alarmed about a young woman patient who has recently committed suicide. The patients she sees speak of strange happenings, about being under hypnosis and about fearful sights and other-world experiences. One of them, handsome Tony Conroy, she definitely believes, and her risking her own life to help him leads to a very exciting conclusion. I have read several of P.S. Winn's novels. I am a fan of imaginative fiction and very much enjoy her vivid, fast--paced style.Product details

Whitmore Hills features an excellent story line, especially for those who accept the possibility of the existence of parallel worlds. While the story of and by itself is a five-star write, distracting typos and formatting glitches reduce it to four. Bottom line I enjoyed the read.
Author PS Winn has quite a talent writing suspense which she displays throughout her book Whitmore Hills. I don't want to go into detail because I don't want to give away the plot, but it is well worth the reading right down to the very end! You won't be disappointed!

PS Winn writes a great mystery story that will keep you glued to your book
Ms. Winn has done it again. Whitmore Hills is a delightful book about two unethical doctors who use hypnosis to transport their patients into Parellel Worlds to collect plants and species for their experiments. The story held my interest to the end. I highly recommend this book to people who are interested in this book that will truly take you away from reality for a short time.
WOW!!! A great psychological thriller by P.S. Winn. She had me walking right into the undiscovered worlds of her characters and helping them pick strange flowers and weeds to take back to the evil doctors. It's a quick read and I enjoy taking a couple of hours to escape into another world of make believe. It ended just the way I wanted it to end. Good guys came out on top with a new beginning ahead of them. Thank you Author P.S. Winn for sharing your amazing imagination with us.
I really enjoyed this story a lot. There were a few twists and turns to the story which made it a bit suspenseful. It is set in a mental health hospital. The principal character Natalie is a nurse who goes to work there after being riffed at her former job. She likes the people, she really likes the patients and eventually falls in love with one of the patients. There is a paranormal aspect to the story which I will leave you to discover for yourself. That formulates the basis for the twists and turns the book takes as it runs toward its climax. The book is fast moving and an easy and rapid read. It is a book that could be read by any teen or adult. Again I really enjoyed the book a lot.
